Remote services for small businesses and organizations

NetBLB is based in the Quebec City region and also works remotely with small businesses and organizations elsewhere in Canada, in France and across the wider French-speaking regions of Europe.

Advice and implementation

Move your projects forward without sharing an office

A working session, needs assessment or cloud configuration does not always require an on-site visit. Each engagement is scoped around your goals, required access and the work that can realistically be completed remotely.

Practical AI integration

Identifying use cases, running a workshop, assessing data and preparing a prototype can be done with your team over video. Our AI integration service helps compare cloud, local and hybrid options for your environment.

Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace

Administration, migration planning, configuration and user guidance: many tasks in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace can be handled remotely, with authorized access and a schedule agreed with your team.

Strategic technology advice

An external technology advisor can join leadership meetings, working sessions or board discussions by video. Proposal reviews, second opinions and project prioritization use information your organization authorizes for sharing.

IT work and website projects

Depending on available tools and access, troubleshooting, configuration, device preparation and website development can be coordinated remotely. NetBLB's IT services connect advice with implementation, alongside your existing provider where needed.

Clear working arrangements

Based in Quebec, available remotely

Meetings can take place by video. Engagements are organized around the client’s time zone, with availability, review points and intervention windows agreed before work begins.

Many technology tasks can be completed entirely remotely. When physical work is needed, NetBLB can coordinate with a local resource, such as your IT provider or a designated person on site. Roles and responsibilities are then agreed together.

Prepare for a useful first conversation

Describe the project, your current tools and the outcome you need. Include your time zone and who can authorize access or approve decisions. Access, confidentiality and follow-up arrangements are defined for the engagement; technical access is never assumed.
