Dominic Lessard

A career built on technology and clear explanations

Dominic Lessard began his technology career in 1999 as a multimedia integrator. In 2002, he founded his first business, Diode Multimédia. Since then, he has helped organizations improve their digital tools, infrastructure and ways of working.

His career has spanned major changes in the Internet and business technology: from the early web to cloud environments, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and now the practical integration of artificial intelligence into organizational operations.

That experience shapes his perspective. Before focusing on a technology, Dominic looks at what the business actually needs. His role is to turn sometimes complex issues into clear, realistic decisions that people can put into practice.

Making technology understandable is central to his approach. Dominic also created LeFiltre, a YouTube channel explaining computing topics to more than 170,000 subscribers. This work has strengthened his ability to make technical subjects accessible without losing the essential details, a skill he brings to conversations with leaders, teams and the organizations he advises.

Over the years, he has worked with small businesses, nonprofits, professionals, and organizations in the municipal and public sectors. Projects have covered IT, websites, collaboration environments and digital transformation.

Today, through NetBLB, Dominic advises organizations that want to make better decisions, simplify their technology and put new tools to practical use, particularly artificial intelligence.

His approach remains consistent: understand before proposing, explain before adding complexity, and use technology where it delivers real value to the organization.
